Day 1 |

We will arrive
to Yangon with a morning flight and after checking in a hotel we will
go sightseeing downtown Yangon including a visit to the Shwedagon
Pagoda.

| Day 2 |
| We
will take a morning flight to Sittwe which is the state capital of
Rakhine (Arakan) State. The flight will take only over an hour. We
will then check in a hotel and then tour the town to study life style
of Rakhine. Sittwe is a town situated at the mouth of the Kaladan
River entering the Bay of Bengal. |

| Day 3 |
Today
we will take half a day boat ride to the ancient city of Mrauk Oo.
Mrauk Oo is city with lots of old temples with wall paintings of India
influence. After checking in a hotel we will go excursion to see the
temples the 15th century.

| Day 4 |

After
breakfast we will take a short ride to Kyauktaw. Kyauktaw a town situated
on the bank of the Kaladan River. Here we will embark a private boat
to begin our journey to Kyauk-pan-taung. Starting from here all meals
will be served by our crews who have lots of experience in trips like
this. Although the boat ride is upstream the time of arrival to Sami
village (a Chin Village situated on the bank of Mi River) depends
on the tide. With a high tide we can reach Simi within 5 hrs. We will
camp on the bank of Sami River with tents for the night.

| Day 5 |
| Today's
trip will depend on the level of water in Mi River. We must either
trek to a village called Mi-chaung-pa-wa or if the water level is
high take an upstream boat ride. On arrival to the village we will
start on uphill trekking to Kyauk-pan-taung. Our baggage and gears
will be carried by porters. The walk will take only 4 hours. We will
camp in tents in a relatively flat place where there is water. |

| Day 6 |
Today's
trekking is also less than half a day through pristine forest. On
arrival to the top we will set up our tents and camp on a flat sand
stone foundation which is more than 20 hectares in area and where
water is available through out the year.

| Day 7 |

| Today we will
look from top of the table top sand Stone Mountain and marvel the
scenic views of the Chin and Arakan State. Those interested in nature
could also study the biodiversity of that area. This place is now
notified as a wildlife sanctuary. |

| Day 8 |
| Today
we will walk back to Sami village taking the whole day. |
| Day 9 |
| We
will take a downstream boat till Sittwe stopping along the way to
study the daily life of people living along the river. |

| Day10 |
We will fly back to Yangon with a morning
flight.
The departure from Yangon will be with an evening flight.

Please note that as these
areas are located in remote parts of the country, not visited by ordinary
tourist, we need prior notice at least two to three month in advance
to prepare for these trips. |
